March Meeting Recap

Thanks to all that attended, our last meeting, held on March 4th, 2009, was a success! We had a great group of professionals that shared inside knowledge on the latest technology trends in building Joomla! Web sites. I am happy to welcome the designers from Trapezoid Technologies. Their company was featured in this month's South Florida Business Journal as one of the Top Ranking Largest Site and Design Development Companies in South Florida. Way to go!

March 4th, 2009 Meeting

We had our first Joomla! User Group MiamiMeeting on Feb. 4th at Books & Books in Coral Gables. I am happy to inform that in our group we have a professional Joomla! Web designer and technology expert called Jeff Mendelson. He is the CEO and founder of Las Olas Technologies. He was very pro-active in our meeting and gave us some valuable tips. He showed us some of the Joomla! websites he has created for clients, and I have to say, I was very impressed at how great they looked. I am hoping that with a little work and a lot more knowledge, I too, will have wonderful looking sites.

We are planning a special meeting next month in Broward. smile Please send me ideas as to where Broward people want to meet. When I have several ideas I will then create a poll so you all can vote.

I look forward to seeing some of you in our next Miami meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, March 4th, 2009, at 8 pm at Books & Books in the Gables.

Together we will improve our Joomla! Knowledge and showcase our Joomla! Web sites.

Feb. Meeting Recap

We had our first Joomla! User Group Miami Meetup on Feb. 4th at Books & Books in Coral Gables.
